Verbbed Coaching is closed on all major holidays and on other occasional days throughout the year.

I am the founder and coach behind Verbbed Coaching, bringing more than 15 years of experience from the behavioral health field into a future-focused coaching practice. While I am a licensed counselor by training, Verbbed Coaching does not provide counseling or therapy. My coaching work is designed for individuals who are functioning well in life and want intentional support to move forward, grow, and create change.

My approach blends cognitive strategies with structured methods for creating change, while also incorporating creativity and a big-picture perspective. I work with people who want to strengthen their sense of wellbeing, cultivate relaxation and resilience, and take meaningful steps toward goals they have put off — often for years. These goals may include returning to school, exploring a new career path, developing deeper connections with others, or pursuing opportunities they’ve long desired but haven’t allowed themselves to try.

A native of Arizona and a Spanish speaker, I have a strong interest in mind–body awareness and the ways our thoughts, habits, and environments shape how we experience our lives. I believe there is more to life than constant “grinding” or climbing the next rung of the ladder. Much of my work focuses on helping clients step back, reflect on what truly matters to them, and ensure their efforts are aligned with the kind of life they actually want to live.

My clients are the experts in their own lives. I meet them in the middle with structure, insight, accountability, and a genuine desire to see them succeed. At the core of my work is a belief in treating people with dignity and respect, and in the idea that everyone has value and something meaningful to contribute to the world.
